Rabies

Dogs are to be up to date on rabies vaccination for any or all services.

Please bring proof of such with a rabies certificate.

Must have dogs name and expiration date. A rabies tag is not accepted.

Seresto Collars

Seresto or any other flea/tick collar must be removed by owner prior to grooming.

We do not groom with them on.

We will not be responsible for such collars.

Appointments

We require scheduled appointments for both full and express services.

We recommend scheduling  your next appointment at each visit.

Evening, Saturday and holiday week book especially fast and have limited availability.

Our last appointments for the day is taken 2 hours prior to close time.

Hours posted may vary due to scheduling.

Missed Appointments

Late cancellations and no shows are subject to a missed appointment fee.

Please give a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep an appointment.

Please understand missed appointments are lost revenue.

Doodles of any kind

With the addition of two new groomers we are once again accepting doodles!!!

Grooming

Groomers work with each dog one on one the entire groom start to finish.

Typical groom times:

One small dog- 2 hours

Doubles (two small dogs together)- 3 hours

Large dogs- 3 hours

X large dogs 3-4 hours

These times are not exact there are many factors to consider.

Double coated dogs any size, hard to handle dogs, and dogs overdue for grooming expect longer times. Groomers work pace are not all the same. Be sure to give each of us the time we need to  properly care for and groom  your dog.

Please do not return for pick up until the groomer has called confirming the groom is finished. Your early return can cause the dog to experience distraction and or excitement. This may pose a safety risk. We reserve the right to immediate termination of grooming. Your dog will then be sent home as is.

At all times owners are expected to maintain control of their dog inside as well as outside of the shop. Leashes are required for all dogs not carried in.

Please walk or allow potty time prior to grooming.

You are entering with your dog at your own risk. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason we see fit.
